Ra-09(H) module is a LoRaWAN module developed by Ai-Thinker CO., LTD and ST in close cooperation.
The chip use for the module is STM32WLE5CCU6, which has 256 KB Flash, 64 KB SRAM, and the core is 32-bit Armยฎ Cortex-M4 running at 48MHz.

Ra-09(H) supports both LoRa modulation and traditional (G) FSK modulation for LPWAN use cases, while the transmitter also supports BPSK modulation and (G) MSK modulation, and the receiver supports (G) MSK modulation. The module has factory built-in AT firmware program, which developers can directly use to connect to LoRaWAN gateway.

The LoRaWANยฎ specification is a Low Power, Wide Area (LPWA) networking protocol designed to wirelessly connect battery operated โthingsโ to the internet in regional, national or global networks, and targets key Internet of Things (IoT) requirements such as bi-directional communication, end-to-end security, mobility and localization services.
