  1. Hi,

I’m Anshu Gupta, 2019 B.Tech Graduate currently working as Digital Design Engineer at Analog Devices.

I would like to use Board 2 – Texas Instruments MSP430FR5994 LaunchPad Development Kit for my next project.

This MSP430FR5994 includes the new Low-Energy Accelerator (LEA) which delivers fast, efficient, low-power vector math acceleration commonly found in digital signal processing (DSP) applications.

Using EnergyTrace++ Technology avaiable in this MCU I can evaluate and Optimize Power of several DSP Applications/Algorithms.

Some Filtering and Signal Processing Design References are there with this MCU, which I would like to try out.

Yes, I would like to share about my experiments with the borads describing its Applications in real-time processing on Analog Data.

    1. Hi Anshu,

Congratulations! You are the winner for board 2, Texas Instruments MSP430FR5994 LaunchPad Development Kit.
Please send me your address and phone number on my email id pallav.aggarwal at gmail dot com for the shippment.

  2. I would like the 2.Texas Instruments MSP430FR5994 LaunchPad Development Kit. A new environment to get my hands dirty!

This thing will replace my slow workhorse Arduino, I would use it for my new cloud interfaced guinea pig food and water feeder.

And I would like to make an “Grtting started with series” using this Texas Instruments MSP430FR5994 LaunchPad Development Kit blog and an optional video.

  3. Hello,
I’m working as an application engineer for automotive ECU software development with renesas rh850 and rl78 microcontrollers. I wanted to learn about the mcu drivers and interfacing with the the application software. So a renesas development kit- rl78 would be helpful for me to understand about the drivers.

    Thank you,
    Venkatesh,
    Tata Elxsi

  4. Hello sir,
I am embedded systems engineer at TATA ELXSI. I would like to develop an air pollution controller with the MSP430 Launchpad development board (board 2). My previous experiments include vehicle to vehicle communication using beagle board , I want to upgrade myself this time and planning to convert this project into a product.

  5. I’d choose board 2 MSP430 Launchpad development board only cuz I’ve studied all the theories of MSP430G2553 but unfortunately do not have a board to do practicals and make stuffs! That’s why

  6. Hello sir, I would like to get MSP430 board,
I’m associated with a company already have 4-5 SLC(smart street light controller) I wanted to learn register level programming on MSP430 so that I can be a useful asset in development.
I wanted to make dimming and controlling application using PWM and DALI interface by controlling ballast.

    Thanks and regards

  7. I would like to get the board no. 1 Renesas Demonstration Kit (RDK) for RL78/G13. I am a freelancer working on various projects, This board will be helpful for industrial prototypes. I would like to make a data logger cum controller for a diary application. It will be really useful to learn the capabilitites of the processor and to study about it, so that it can be used for future applications.

  8. Hello Sir,
I am Kishan , i am Undergraduate student in SRM University Chennai,I am currently pursuing B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I have very keen interest in electronics, i have worked on few projects based on Swarm Robotics, Safety system and many more small projects using Arduino Development board i also have knowledge of Raspberry Pi. Now i want to learn Launch pad development board by Texas instruments so for that i want to participate in this contest and want to have 2nd- MSP-EXP430FR5994 development board. I cannot afford this board and i really want to learn and make great projects using this board this will surely help me in my carrier and skill set.

    Thank you,
    Kishan Kumar

  9. Hello Sir,
I am currently pursuing M Tech from IIT Bombay in the specialisation “ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS”. I have been working in this domain since last three years and have worked on various development boards. I have taken a course in Embedded Systems Design and I am in need of board 2 to complete the course project. This project will ultimately help me during my placements and I will be to start my journey in this domain at a bigger stage. Looking forward to receiving the board. I continuously update my projects on linked in and thus share my work. To know more about my work visti my profile:

  10. Hi Pallav,

I am Pranay working as a Post Silicon Validation framework developed at Soliton Technologies. Being a tech enthusiast, I have always been trying out different things and I have worked on a couple of pet projects to provide solutions for a few problems in the society, and I am always happy to share my learning to other people. So I have published my learning in few Journals, please find the links below. Also I have worked with DRDO Chennai in developing a engine speed control system, which was finally converted as a working model for combat vehicles and published its learning in a defense journal.

Now I would like to take this opportunity to work with ” Board 2 – MSP-EXP430FR5994″. I have a very basic knowledge of programming controllers using Embedded c and getting this board will help me gain more motivation to have a practical play with the controller. And since the MSP-EXP430FR5994 has greater capabilities of processing, I am interested to build my libraries for processing AC signal parameters like SNR and SINAD on top of this board and see its performance.

And yes, I am interested in writing blogs and also to post a few youtube videos of the learning that I gain from programming the controller using embedded c and also the signal processing libraries.

  11. Hello Pallav,
I am currently a sophomore in college pursuing a Btech degree focused on Electronics and communication.
I would love to have the Renesas development board which is first in the list. If I receive the board, I will work on a project which is to implement a Digital oscilloscope with a spectrum analyser using a microcontroller. This microcontroller will be best for this project as it has good analog to digital converters and also a lot of GPIOS. I also want to learn and explore the CISC based architecture of this microcontroller. I would also be documenting the process of building this project and will make it open source.
    Thanks for this opportunity.
Looking forward to receiving the development board.

Shivam Gupta this side, doing my PG Diploma in Embedded Systems & Designs from CDAC-ACTS Pune.
I would like to have board no. 1 Renesas Demonstration Kit (RDK) for RL78/G13.

I want it because I would like to work on demonstration Kit, as this will be my first practical learning experience with CISC based demonstration kit, I have studied about this kit in this October during my lectures, as it is a low powered and good for industrial purpose, particularly well-suited for battery-powered devices.
I will practice all the peripherals like speaker, microphone and will do some implemention through FreeRTOS.
Will also post my review on blogs like medium, quora and LinkedIn.

Thank you for organizing giveaways, this helps lots of deserving student who want to learn more and explore more.
    Looking for the endorsement!
Will be waiting for your positive confirmation!
